All his employees were polite and kept me informed of their progress to my old house for the load and along the route to my new house for the unload. Lou the owner quoted me a price and it was pretty much right on par with what he said it was going to be. I believe people have higher expectations of how a move should go and don’t account for situations coming up. They called and told me they were running behind by an hour from an earlier move.
